Jennifer Reddemann

Jennifer Reddemann, President of Mosaique Consulting LLC, collaborates with Accent to provide a multi-faceted dimension to Accent's communication and managerial education.

With sixteen years of experience, she has designed and presented a variety of interactive, skill-building, and participant based workshops, all of which have been tailored to meet the specific needs of her clients. Jennifer has been certified by Langevin Learning Services giving additional insight to her understanding of how adults learn.

Prior to starting her own business, Jennifer taught 2nd and 5th grade in the Wisconsin and Texas school systems. In addition, she spent 8 years as a corporate trainer for a supply chain management company based in Chicago, IL. This experience provided her the opportunity to enhance employee performance, while positively impacting organizational initiatives.

Jennifer received her Bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin in Elementary Education, is a member of the national and local chapters of the American Society of Training and Development, Madison Area Business Consultants (MABC), and is a Part-Time Instructor for Madison Area Technical College (MATC).
