WHAT IS EXPERIENTIAL SERVICE LEARNING?
Experiential service learning uses experiences associated with community service to drive your employees to deeper understanding of themselves, their teammates and the way in which your organization works and how you fit into your community.
We use a community service project to live out the learning and to exemplify your organization’s learning objectives in conjunction with a service event. We then facilitate conversations around how this reflects your work environment and culture, leading to other discussions on making your team even stronger.
